SimPRX Solutions – Return & Refund Policy

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in the same condition you received it—unused, unworn, with all original tags, and in its original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

All original accessories, cables, manuals, tools, and packaging must be included.

Any gifts or bonus items (e.g., seat add-ons, extra wheels, pedals) received with your purchase must also be returned.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.


Restocking Fee

All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, deducted from your refund amount.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges

To exchange an item, please return the original item following our return process. Once approved, you may place a new order for the desired item.


Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, minus the 25% restocking fee and any applicable shipping costs.

Your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.
