Thank you for shopping with SimPRX Solutions. We specialize in high-quality Sim Racing equipment, including electronics, direct drive wheels, pedals, and accessories. This policy explains our shipping methods, timeframes, and conditions for orders placed through our online store.


1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship from Puerto Rico to:

All 50 U.S. States (including Alaska & Hawaii)

U.S. Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands)

International destinations (subject to available courier service)


2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

If an item is on backorder or requires special handling, we will contact you with an updated estimated shipping date.


3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We partner with trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL to ensure fast and secure delivery.

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, package size, and weight.

Free shipping offers (if available) will be displayed on our website and applied at checkout.


5. Customs, Duties, & Taxes (For International Orders)

Orders shipped to destinations outside the USA may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees set by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Please check with your local customs office for details before placing an order.


6. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your shipment’s progress.


7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product.

For lost shipments, we will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
