An Evolutionary Leap

The remarkable CONSPIT CPP series hydraulic pedals have long set the standard, and the new CPP EVO takes this legacy a step further, evolving the design and performance to new heights.

Hydraulic System Upgrade

Piston Material Upgrade. The aluminum piston has been upgraded to a chrome-plated 45-steel piston. The chrome plating enhances surface hardness and wear resistance, minimizes deformation over time, and reduces friction for a more refined brake feel and longer service life.

Sealing System Redesign. The polyurethane seal has been replaced with a dual Step-Seal structure. The combination of an elastic O-ring and PTFE sliding ring provides excellent sealing performance up to 400 bar. Compared to the single-seal design, wear resistance is improved and friction is reduced by roughly 50%, allowing smoother pedal return and better modulation during trail braking.

New Combinations with Greater Tuning Potential

A newly refined spring and elastomer system offers broader customization compared to CPP EVO V1, adapting to a wider range of driving styles. With the highly linear stiffness characteristics of die springs, the CPP EVO's dual-stage hydraulic feel is further enhanced, creating a clear contrast to the progressive compression of elastomers and allowing users to fine-tune pedal feedback through interchangeable setups.

Piston Rod Guide Upgrade

The throttle and clutch push-rod guides have been upgraded from an NBR rubber ring to an extended PTFE bushing, improving axial alignment and delivering smoother, more consistent pedal travel.

20MPa High-precision Hydraulic Sensor

The CONSPIT 2nd Gen. hydraulic system features a 20MPa high-precision sensor that detects even the smallest changes in brake pressure, enabling fine-tuned braking performance. Its wide range allows professional sim racers to fully harness realistic racing dynamics.

Exceptional Adjustability

Designed from the perspective of professional drivers, the CPP EVO further expands the boundaries of adjustability in the sim racing experience.

Ergonomic Adjustment

The pedal spacing, surface angle, panel height, and footrest position are all adjustable, ensuring exceptional comfort whether you're applying heavy braking or making precise maneuvers.

Pedal Feel Adjustment

Throttle: Four levels of quick, step-wise adjustment for pedal force, with decoupled control for pedal travel and spring preload.

Brake: Four levels of quick, step-wise adjustment for pedal force, with independent preload adjustment for the front and rear stages.

Clutch: Adjustable spring preload with four levels of bite point feel adjustment.

Race-grade Full CNC Aluminum Alloy

CNC-machined from 6061-T6 aluminum alloy, with a fine sandblasted and anodized finish that provides a durable and robust coating.

M-DVF Vibration Module

Equipped with the M-DVF vibration feedback module as standard, addressing crucial information often missing in sim racing.

CONSPIT continues to work closely with SimHub on product development. The CPP EVO rumble module supports SimHub ShakeIt Motors, offering comprehensive customization options for various conditions within SimHub.

Quick settings can be configured in the Conspit Link 2.0 driver software, which also offers practical features such as customizable mapping curve and brake input limits.

Mounting Instructions for CPP EVO

The CPP EVO can be mounted directly onto GT-Lite, FP-Lite, GT-S, aluminum profile rigs, or other sim-racing rigs using the mounting holes at the bottom. For more details, please refer to CONSPIT's official guidelines.

Connections for CPP EVO

The CPP EVO can be directly connected to a PC via a USB cable or integrated with Ares series wheelbases through the port at the rear of the Ares Wheelbase, offering a more convenient and seamless sim racing ecosystem.
